"My stay at the Grand Hotel Ocean City Oceanfront was a mix of pros and cons. On the positive side, the room was spacious and very clean, which I truly appreciated. However, the check-in experience was disappointing; the staff member who assisted me was unwelcoming and acted quite rudely, making me feel as though they were talking down to me. While the accommodations were great, the customer service left much to be desired."

"There were several issues with our room. The first-floor balcony door would not lock, and it took about two hours for maintenance to fix it. The couch mattress was heavily stained, the pillowcases were dirty, and there were dead bugs on the floor upon arrival. Staff brought multiple replacement mattresses before eventually finding an acceptable solution. The staff were friendly, professional, and worked hard to resolve the problems, which I appreciated. However, the condition of the room and an unexpected $30 charge at check-in despite having prepaid through Expedia significantly impacted our stay. While I value the staff’s efforts, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."
