“Very friendly and good place to stay. Good sized room, comfy bed, free breakfast. Very nice swimming pool. Easy walk to downtown or you could book the free shuttle. The bathroom is a bit dated, but that’s the only real negative. ”

“Our stay was just 2 nights while we visited Boston after coming from Acadia National Park. The hotel is close to a T station where we could use public transportation to get us around the city. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The halls were quiet despite us being right across from an elevator. Service was friendly and fast. The shuttles to and from the airport were easy to use and quick. ”

“Nice hotel. They offer $20 credit to spending in the restaurant which offers nice harbor view. Free shuttle to hotel from airport, car rental center, bus and subway station. Rooms are clean and tidy. I had better experience staying at this hotel than at Hilton Logan. The only thing is the amenities - they don’t give a fridge for every room, the desk a bit smaller if you need to work in the room, and the gym is a bit basic. ”

“Front desk was quite rude and unhelpful to us. I booked an airport shuttle bus but the staff forgot. The food is good, the room is spacious for two people.”

“Everything else is fine expect the laundry services. They forgot to bring back to me on time and on the date of checkout I was told it will be ready at 11am so I waited for half an hour but the 11:10 staff came to me and said they have no idea where my clothes is. They made me file a online form but no further update. Horrible services. They lost my clothes. ”
