“Fantastic property there was only three of us but plenty of space even if all beds were taken, the property was well equipped and good location with shopping malls, places to eat and mini golf all within 15 mins. Contact with the owners was also great helping with views on places to visit before arrival and during the stay. Would definitely recommend”

“Perfect location. Nice neighborhood and is walking distance to all that old town Waxhaw has to offer (shops, restaurants, parks and festivals). The house is neat and clean and is adorable! The screened porch is so nice to enjoy a cup of coffee or relax. The house itself is so well stocked with everything you could need. The yard is fenced and large which was great for our pups to run around in. The king bed that we slept in was very comfortable. Wendi is such a nice host and was very responsive.……

“Wonderful week! The house was well stocked.. Loved the kayaks and the dock....convenient to Carowinds, grocery and fun restaurants. So nice that the deck overlooking the lake had a gate so my 2 year old granddaughter could roam freely! And a bonus... beautiful flowers and beautiful weather all week! Thank you!”

“I was in search of a 4 bedroom home for 4 adult women. Hence, everyone needed a REAL bed with their OWN room. This house had that and EVERYTHING else we needed. The house was in a great location, near restaurants to doordash food. The house was clean, well organized and beautifully decorated. The owner was oh so nice. She made sure I knew all I needed to know before coming to her home. She made sure her home had everything we needed at the home for the evening. My guest were supper impressed……

“We stayed March 31st through April 2.This property is a work in progress. The old house is charming. Once the kitchen is completed and the washer/dryer are serviced, it will make for a quaint stay. Communication with the owner was very good. Response time for questions was almost instantaneous.”

“We stayed at this property for my son's university grad from Queen's University. It was a perfect location, close to the university. It was very clean and had ample dishes and supplies in the kitchen to prepare meals. It was on quite a busy street, but the yard was very large. It is a great location and home for a family. The basement has a great entertaining area. We would recommend it to other families. Ryley was very responsive and allowed us an early check in.”
