The property was clean, but it needs a bit of an uplift: some doors won't close properly, etc. It was a good stay in general, but the bar was mostly empty with what looked like no barman at the bar. The location was not bad, however prepare for a nice 10-15 min. walk to the area where you coud have a lunch or dinner.

Hotel could do with bejng updates, very tired rooms, one pillow, poor shower, mould on the bath taps. The breakfast was very poor, pancakes were hard, hash browns were broken in pieces. It just was not value for money. The reception staff who checked us in was the only real positive, they allowed us to movw rooms without fuss.

Although it was clean the room we were in needed some TLC to bring the room to a standard finish. Coffee in the room was of a non brand and tasted like it ...yuck. They put up the price for the date we wanted but they should have included breakfast for that price hike.
