Great location, entry is simple and as these are proper apartments, there is no noise from neighbours etc. Spacious apartment with Hive heating, all facilities you would expect also. Would happily stay here again.

Except for having to drag our luggage up 4 flights of stairs, this was a very nice place to stay. It had all the conveniences of home! It was quiet, near transportation and within easy walking distance of the Royal Mile! We had a fantastic time in Edinburgh❤️

This property has everything you need and is absolutely perfect for exploring Edinburgh. Just down the road from Edinburgh Castle, round the corner to the tram stop & bus stop back to the airport and also a short walk to Princes Street & Queen Street. Within walking distance of most stuff, so it certainly ticked all of the boxes. It also was lovely & clean with so much space, it was a very comfy & welcoming apartment. Would definitely book again

Convenient Location
It is located in a fantastic location just 2 blocks from the West End Tram stop. I did think the beds were a little uncomfortable, but sleepable. Also, the washer/dryer in our unit was broken which was a bummer because we had planned to do laundry while we were traveling.

Walking distance to everything you want to see. We didn’t bring a vehicle but took the tram from the airport and it was very convenient. An earlier check in would have been helpful as the shared storage for temporary luggage was not ideal but this was only a minor inconvenience and check in was otherwise very prompt and seamless.

We were very happy with our Malt House apartment, which was conveniently located in regard to nearby attractions. A couple of minor detractions:
1. The towel heating rail could only be activated by turning up the heating for the whole apartment;
2. Being close to a pub meant there was occasionally some noise from patrons leaving at night [but it was also very handy for a drink and food :) ].
We would certainly stay at the Malt House again.

It was a great stay. Very clean and well cared for. Two things prevent me from giving it a top rating 1. The bed was a bit a hard and 2. A fan would have been nice. 3. I never received an email about check in procedures. Otherwise location was great, it was clean, and I got great help when I called for check in info.

Cannot fault this property at all. The location was perfect for a 5 day stay in Edinburgh. Communication and support when needed were spot on. Destiny Scotland had thought of everything - even down to leaving us a couple of washing detergents/dishwasher tablets, airers for laundry, iron alongside bedding, towels, hair dryers etc. The apartment was beautifully furnished, spacious and a perfect relaxation spot. Also impressed by the security of the property - gated entrance with code, and a secure luggage storage area which we used on arrival and departure. Will be back and will recommend to others too!

At first glance, this is a beautiful apartment and large enough to feel comfortable after smaller spaces mostly throughout the country. On the plus side, the comfy sofa, the tv, the high pressure shower, big fridge and all the appliances. However, the bed is unfortunately far from comfortable (springs) and we had some problems with the appliances: woke us up in the early morning beeping without reasons.

Great clean and spacious apartment
We stayed in ground floor apartment 2 which was very clean and spacious and most things were in great working order.
No need to bring anything (although we did as didn’t know this) everything from cutlery, crockery and utensils all supplied as well as toilet roll, kitchen towel and handwash, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel!
I would highly recommend these apartments and would stay again.
The only down side was there were a couple of plug sockets not working and the neighbours above us were noisy (constant squealing noises!) and also some outdoor noise too but still not enough to spoil out stay.

Overall the property is excellent. Located in a central position close to amenities and the property is nicely appointed.
Disappointed greatly due to issues with the washing/dryer which wasn’t working properly. It wouldn’t dry our items and continued to wash them causing clothing to be ruined due to colour ruining. Cleaning staff and maintenance person tried to assist but unfortunately the damage was done to our clothing. Other than that the place is good.
