Perfect location for attending the fringe and for visiting Edinburgh at any time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and has lots of variety. I hope to stay with KM again.

KM Hotel was fantastic and very centrally located. It does not have a lift/elevator, so we had to carry our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs, which was an unwelcome surprise. Other than that, it is a great place to stay.

The staff were great, the room was clean and the location was excellent for exploring the Fringe! So good that I could skip venue washroom lines and head back to the room, which was a gamechanger! Only downside was that my room backed onto a loading bay and trucks would pull up at 6/7 am, which was a little disruptive.

La camera è piccola ma ha tutto il necessario per una buona permanenza. La colazione è internazionale, semplice e buona. Il personale è stato molto gentile. Si trova in un'ottima zona per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni della città in poco tempo e se andate ad Edimburgo per la maratona, la partenza è a 5 min di distanza.

Very clean, room a bit small, a wee bit of a walk from the center of Edinburgh. Saying all that the staff were very friendly too and I would return.

Amazing upgrade when I requested, top staff service from staff. Couldn't have been nicer, got a late check out also. Walking distance to the city centre, bed so comfy. Top quality, would stay again!

Staff were friendly and helpful and we even got a slightly earlier check in. There was no lift so we got plenty of exercise up to the third floor! There were building works/emptying of bottle bank, so a little noisy when there in the morning. Very good location with shops/bars and the lovely Richmond Cafe close by. Also close to attractions such as St Cecilia’s Music museum, the Pathology Exhibition, the Edinburgh Gin Experience and Chocolatarium. Love Edinburgh, will be back and would 100% stay at this hotel again, highly recommended.
