The room is OK for the price and the location. The bed is way too firm so I could not sleep well during my whole stay. You hear bottle dropping in the early am constantly and you would hear some late night noise from the famous bars behind the hotel.

The room was small, but clean. The location can’t be beat. The staff were friendly & helpful. Both the door into the room and the bathroom door were really wide making it incredibly accessible for those in wheelchairs.

Overpriced given amenities. Best features of this hotel are its location and friendliness of staff. Air cooling system needs attention. Substitution of low cost fan inappropriate.

This hotel is in such a great location for walking around the city. Overall a great stay although some quirks of the hotel were interesting-you had to put your key in a slot to turn on the lights but some of the lights were hardwired in and you couldn't turn off without taking the key out of the slot. Not a terrible inconvenience but it was an adjustment!

Very friendly and attentive staff! Someone was always available to help! Room was clean, but would have liked a few toiletries. There was a big bottle of body wash and hand wash, but would have appreciated a bar of soap and shampoo/conditioner. Overall, experience was great!
