"Best hotel in our 3 city trip located at the bottom of Beale Street a block away from the bars and restaurants. Room was spotless - great bed. Nice bar area and coffee if you didnt want breakfast. Easy to get around in Memphis and quieter than NOLA and Nashville. Would have chosen Hyatt for Nashville if I could but hey ho!"

"The room was fine. I even like the 1 king one twin option they offer. The bed was terrible. It was the second worst I have ever stayed on. Would not recommend if you need sleep."

"It's a good hotel EXCELLENT booking on the Expedia JUST DEPENDS ON HOW MANY DAYS U STAY AND THE PRICE IS CHEAP ( ON THE DAYS PEOPLE STAY THO) breakfast was all right but just need more varieties the RoomS was good CLEAN ENVIRONMENT CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS GOOD The wifi not so good i couldn't connect to it 😕 But EVERYRHING IS GOOD THE WORKERS REALLY NICE RESPECTFUL "

"The stafd was fantastic! It's a rough area surrounding, but not nearly as bad as most. Parking is adequate, gated, very secure. Housekeeping came by every morning like clockwork"

"The room was not clean at all. There was mold in the bathtub, along with hair. What looked like something was spilt down the wall and all over the baseboards. There was hair and something yellow on the outside of the bathroom door. There was a room key found in the bed that was not ours. It was every baseboard in the room. I took pictures so it could not be blamed on us. I do not think the room/ service for the front desk lady was worth what I paid for out stay. "

"There was someone else dirty towel hanging on the back of our bathroom door, a piece of trash in the corner like they never swept, and soap scum on the bathroom walls. Oh and we couldn’t get into our room with the key and had to go to the front desk three times for it to be corrected but staff was very kind "
