"Great stay! The staff immediately greeted us took our bags AND gave us drinks then cold towels. Checkin was so smooth and throughout the stay the staff were friendly and all smiles! The SPA was the best part, both ladies were respectful and served us bubbly and scrumptious chocolates after massaging us! The property and swim up pool were impeccably maintained. My ONLY complaint is at checkout a desk woman said we drank something from the mini bar that we had act bought outside. We told her that we didnt use any of those items but she insisted we did. We payed for it to avoid conflict but after we payed almost 900$ gladly for services at the resort youd think the staff would know we have no problem paying for an 8$ drink IF we had actually drank one. lol"
