"Lovely remote resort in a gorgeous natural setting. Friendly staff, excellent restaurant with reasonable pricing. I didn’t like having to pay $12/person to go on a nature walk, but it was a beautiful walk. The two pools next to the restaurant had an attractive design and one of them was heated such that was pleasant to hang out in for a long time. We would happily come back here."

"The staff were incredibly friendly. Right away they offered drinks while we checked in. We were able to use the pool and gym while we waited for our room to be ready. Very clean stay and open spaces. Breakfast had many options and changed depending on the day. Loved the variety of pools and jacuzzis for privacy or bigger groups. "

"Staff from reception, housekeeping, shuttles, restaurant and bar all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding from fresh omelette station to hot and cold options. Room was great enjoyed wildlife from our patio every day. Hot springs and pools were clean and not overcrowded. Saw monkeys, iguanas, wild pigs, cows, horses and tons of beautiful birds throughout the property."

"We had a wonderful stay here with our 5 teenage/young adult children. I was skeptical that the views and the rooms were as great as the pictures, but they were even better. We had two villas near each other for 7 people and had plenty of space. The location is private, yet a short Uber drive to La Fortuna. The food at the restaurant was great, though not a huge variety. There is AC in the rooms, which wasn't obvious from the listing, but much appreciated. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and helpful. If I had any criticism, it is that there are no loungers at the pool, only chairs. And yeah, it rained pretty hard on a couple of days. Overall, it was the perfect choice of hotel for us and I highly recommend it."
