“My family of three had such a lovely stay at the Little Cat Lodge over the long 4th of July holiday. The hotel is so cute, and amenities were quaint but wonderful. The hostess and dining room staff were so kind to my 5 year old daughter. We loved the pool, it was such a lovely vibe swimming in the summer heat. The pool's lack of harsh chemicals was also refreshing - literally. Tasty food and drinks, and a view of the 4th of July fireworks at Catamount from our room was the cherry on top.……

“Room was spacious, quiet and spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot with great pressure. Only there for one night but very impressed.”

“Our room was very clean with the exception of the bathroom. There was toothpaste “splatter” on the bathroom faucet and a brown ring around the tub. The building has seen better days. There were giant tarps hanging from the second floor railing when we pulled in. The staff was really nice. At around 9pm there were people sitting right by our door smoking. Not to fun being awoken by the garbage man at 6am.”

“The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately the restaurant was closed the night of our stay and we were disappointed because we planned on eating there. I guess I should have checked the restaurant hours before booking. Most of the town had businesses that were closed in the middle of the week, so just be aware when you book. The person working the desk recommended a restaurant outside of town and it was good. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out early in the morning. The sign……

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it came close to being a disaster for us. Before we stayed our first night we came close to asking to cancel our reservation. This issue is that the Beekman Arms has multiple properties so one needs to be careful when booking a room. The photos do not indicate whether the room is at the historical inn or at one of the neighboring properties close to the inn. When we checked in they directed us to a property that looked like 1980's apartments - though spacious……

“We stayed here for one night to break up a long drive, and overall it was a decent experience. The property itself is beautiful, with lots of plants and gardens, and it looks like the host is continually improving and adding to the space. The room was clean and comfortable once we got settled. When we arrived, it appeared the room hadn’t been cleaned yet, but after reaching out to Steven, he responded immediately and had his housekeeper come take care of it right away. Check-in and check-out……

“Very Clean, Homey and Comfy, love the decorations in the house. Complimentary snacks and drinks are sweet, especially when back from the mountain🏂. My wife loves this one too, would like to stay again. ”

“This is an older property, so if you are looking for luxury this is not for you. It is clean, has working a/c, shower, TV , microwave, coffee maker and a bed. It has a beautiful pool area, although we did not use it. We just need a clean, safe place to sleep and shower. We stayed her last year as well, for Follow the Arrow Festival. Ther is a great restaurant next door.”

“Check in was relatively easy. It’s an automated hotel so don’t expect staff whatsoever. WiFi was spotty at best. The AC was not great, but I’ll mention it was a hot day. It’s pricey for what is offered. ”
