"The WiFi wasn’t working at all and breakfast was terrible. Fake eggs, gas station breakfast sandwich’s along with AM front desk staff being super rude. Hidden fees such as parking $10 a day. "

"Beautiful building and great atmosphere, the staff, from the front desk to the valet were very nice, the restaurant/bar had great atmosphere and good food and service. So why just 4 stars? Well, it doesn’t have amenities, but that I knew, what I didn’t know is the poor outside insulation… you hear the street noise all night long and to top that, there was an event that was horrible till about 11 pm… While I liked a lot of things I will not return."

The team is friendly, professional, and attentive, making each stay smooth and comfortable. It’s rare to find such consistent hospitality, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making guests feel valued. Looking forward to my next stay! In addition the on-site laundry is convenient and the gym wasn't overly crowded."
