“I was delayed at check in while desk clerk had to “make sure my reservation was correct”…even though I paid for my room in full in advance and I’ve never had to do that before in my years of staying at Holiday Inn Expresses & using Hotel.com. Also, I guess she wasn’t required to tell me about any of the amenities…including breakfast. ”

“This property was nice & clean. There are only a few things that stood out to me. The pool was closed like most other reviews mentioned but that was fine with me because I wasn't interested in using it. The other thing is there was a $150 deposit that i had to pay even though my reservation was paid for in full ahead of time. That was odd to me because I paid in full, left a card on file for incendentals AND paid the $150. Ive never heard of that before. Another thing is we went to breakfast……
