Also waited to be attended for 20 minutes before anyone came over to say “I’ll be right with you “ it seems the restaurant at dinner is understaffed … also as a guest you charge for water bottles??? $3.09 each??? I’ve stayed in low budget hotels and never have I paid for water .. the front desk charges my room . That’s very unfortunate.."

"Housekeeping and reception staff were great. Location was convenient but the hotel was on a very busy street and the noise level was extremely loud. The biggest negative was the access to the room. Every day, we had to return to the office to get new key cards. The card keys would not work. "

"The rooms definitely need work. The floors need new grout, everything needs new caulk especially in the bathrooms and all of the baseboards need to be done. Our room had an improperly covered Fire sprinkler with a big gap exposing the ceiling above. New paint is needed throughout. Just glad I didn’t have my toddler because we truly questioned the cleanliness. Bartender was amazing. "
