“Dorris was on hand to greet us when we arrived and made sure everything was ok with the room etc... It was a flying visit for us so we didn't need much. Breakfast was served at a time of our choosing in the morning with plenty of choice and catered to the family wonderfully.”

"I cannot expect more given the hotel is a four-star hotel. I would recommend the hotel to my friends as it stands out among its peers in Cambridge! The only area of improvement is the shower head which was difficult to manage. One of the concierge staff has gone a step ahead in serving guests. I forgot to ask his name. He is from Australia and used to be working for airlines. "
