“早歺需要改善，太差了，请拿做正歺的热情做早餐！政策也不灵活，住了50多天的老客户也不给延迟退房，一个下午没地方去呆大厅里很尴尬”

“+ : Excelente estancia. Personal amable, especialmente el conserje. Las habitaciones eran bonitas y estaban limpias, tenían closet, caja fuerte, bar y cafetera. Me encantó el desayuno buffet incluido y utilizar la piscina y el sauna. Nos sentimos en un hotel lujoso pero accesible. - : A veces la habitación olía a cigarro y el restaurante también. Lamentablemente, no creo que el personal del hotel pueda hacer mucho respecto a esto, me parece que se debe a que las personas no respetan y fuman……

“優: 1.房間非常好, 夠大, 浴室設計也很現代..新, 且乾淨 2. wifi 速度不錯 3. 早餐種類數目沒有特別多, 但算精緻 (比較其他飯店) 4. 旁邊有大型 shopping mall, 超市, 附近為新大樓 街景整齊 缺: 離地鐵站稍遠(走路20分鐘), 但門口附近有公車可以直達市中心(車程10分鐘)”

“1. I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in……
