「We arrived at 6:00 p.m. and found the receptionist occupied on the phone, completely ignoring us for several minutes. When we were finally checked in, there was confusion about our reservation, including being asked whether we had already checked in earlier and indications that our room may have been assigned to someone else.
I was traveling with my elderly mother, and we were assigned a room quite far from the lobby, which was inconvenient. The complimentary parking was located on a gravel lot...

「We absolutely loved the hotel, we got a oceanfront room, view was amazing, room was clean, the bar on the beach has the best drinks and staff were so nice. It is a pet friendly hotel, we did not travel with our pet this time and we did t hear any dogs barking.」

「For the price it’s grate. It’s about 30 min away from the marine base, it is an hour away from ILH, and everything is in basically Wilmington. Jacksonville has some places but it doesn’t have nearly as much at Wilmington. The room was pretty clean. No bugs or weird stuff. So, I would say that the hotel was pretty nice. Thor coffee is good too. I’m a sucker for hotel coffee.」
