「我認為這間公寓式酒店是倫敦最划算，最舒適的理想居庭。連續第七年來倫敦都是住住在此處。酒店地理位置理想，10分鐘可到South Kensington地鐵站，步行2分鐘有超市，房內有洗衣乾衣機，煮食爐具，餐具，雪櫃，多士爐，電熱水壺，對於旅遊日數比較長的旅客來說，真是超級理想。酒店剛進行完裝修，一切電器都更新了。前臺服務員非常有禮，十分樂意幫忙，我的朋友深夜不舒服，職員幫忙召的士，教我們去那間醫院，回來的時候還問候我們。今次我住了2天studio, 5 天1 房單位，共7晚，非常滿意。下次再來依然會住在這裡。」

「A well-located very smart apartment. We were greeted by the host on time. They were very friendly. The apartment is so clean and modern. Powerful shower and comfortable king size bed. The kitchen was well equipped and the aircon was the perfect addition. The location of the property is incredible. A 2 min walk from the Natural History Museum and 5mins from South Kensington tube. 「La chambre était impeccable. Grande chambre et petite cuisine très pratique. Assez tranquille. Le seul problème est que j'étais située en face de l'emplacement pour remiser les bagages et s'était quelque fois bruyant. J'ai bien aimé qu'on pouvais mettre nos poubelles et recyclage dans des bacs a l'entrée. Metro Earls Court a 5-7 minutes de marche et en bonus un méga Tesco a moins de 5 minutes de marche.」

"Early check-in is allowed. Thank you. Location is good especially u are going to/from airport. U can catch heathrow express train. Got grocery shop, restaurant, bus stop, train station nearby. Room is for one person. You have to leave room key behind before you walk out hotel. Room door will close itself. It will slam itself. So it may wake you or ur neighbour up. A typical old hotel. when I move around, I will make noise, whenever I step on the floor, wood floor sound. I also don't want to disturb my neighbour so I can't do much in the room."

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
