“The room was perfect. We got the one bedroom king. Ocean view. Staff so friendly. I didn't use the pool because the water had to be warmer for me. They helped with taxi and information. We enjoyed that it was a big stretch of beach to walk and get to know what was at cabarete Beach. ”

“When we arrived, they gave us the wrong Broom. We paid for the penthouse, suite and got a two bedroom suite. That was not a penthouse. We were so tired. We don’t tried to deal with it the next day. Also, there was no water in the suite, the oven did not work, they were not enough towels, and the bedsheets in the second bedroom smelt like they were left in the washing machine too long. The next day, I asked for compensation or to be paid back the difference from the Penthouse suite which I……
