“The property is clean, safe, and the owner is attentive and responds quickly. We had peaceful nights throughout. The only thing I would recommend is to get dinner and drinks before you go in for the evening because there is no restaurant or bar on property. Nothing is super close so plan accordingly. We asked for a microwave and they brought us one right away which was helpful. I would recommend to stay”

“Sand castle was a small but beautiful resort. We got told many of times they have the best beach on the island and from what we seen I believe it. Nice sandy beach with chairs, umbrellas, chair covers and towels. They had everything we needed. It was close to things and not hard to navigate. The beds awe the beds were amazingly comfortable. “The balcony had an excellent view. The bar was adequately stocked and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want to sleep past 4:30 AM bring earplugs!! The roosters start their very loud cockadoodle doing at 4:30AM and are relentless! Warm showers are not guaranteed. ”

The accommodations were better than expected with simple amenities free of charge, such as coffee, beverages and snacks, with replenishment upon request at no extra charge. Communication was prompt. My mom and I slept well every night of our 6-night stay. This location is ideal if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle and still be relatively close to basic shopping. “I spent the week and not once did the cleaning staff check the room or even offer fresh towels. For the price and if you've got a week of destinations, its fine for sleeping until the rooster crows in the 5am hour. The island is a neat destination. If the owner if the Castle owns this resort, please put some money into this little gem. An update and staff are all it needs.”

“The hotel room's air conditioning was not working properly, so the room never got as cool as we expected. In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Parking was also inconvenient since we had to park on the street. The only staff member who really stood out was the security guard. He was very friendly, gave us clear directions about where to park, and helped us find our room. His kindness and helpful……
