Having been to Ashville several years ago, the expansion of the city was a bit surprising but venues were great and is still such a friendly place. Loved the art work and walked away with a painting. The condo was a great place to relax, good location. Accommodations were lovely. Decor meant for friends hanging out for coffee, afternoon happy hour.”

“My hubby and I stayed in this condo for 1 week while in Asheville for a family wedding. The condo is in a great location. Easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants in downtown Asheville. There is also a small park right across the street. The Paxton Key app we had to download to our phones to gain entery into the parking lot and the public doors worked very well for us. The king bed is comfortable and it has a great bathroom and closet. My only complaint is that the kitchen has only……

“This property was as advertised. Super clean, comfy beds and the best location ever for exploring Asheville. Two minor nits - (1) too many different codes to access the garage, elevator and condo; and (2) a pervasive smell of fry-oil, presumably from the downstairs restaurant. Nonetheless, we’d go back again.”

“Very clean. Nice hot tub, fire pit, deck. The 2 bedrooms we slept in were nice and comfortable. My kids fell asleep on the couches which were comfortable as well. Josh was very helpful and responsive. All items we needed were available. Everything worked well. Josh made us feel as home and not just a guest in check in and check out which was very nice.”
