"Lovely older well kept home. Has everything you need. Lovely neighborhood and has a very nice yard to sit out in. Grocery store was 2 blocks away. Secure parking for one vehicle. It is close to the airport but that didn’t bother us. Beds were comfy and we slept fine. Would consider staying here again. Thanks"

"We were in town to see the Cotton Bowl. this location was only 20 minutes to the stadium, less than 20 minutes to DFW and 30 minutes to downtown Dallas. Great house with comfortable beds. Plenty of space. Wish that we could have been there at a time of the year to enjoy the pool. It looked inviting."

"Fun, bright, clean stay for our Family of four in a really great neighborhood!! We were able to bop over to the Bishop Arts District which is the cutest with lots of great food! Beds were comfy and rooms spacious! Kitchen could have used more supplies! Overall really wonderful spot, and the owners responded so quickly with anything we needed!"

"We absolutly loved this place! Located in the cutest , quiet neighborhood. The deck was our favorite with the fire pit and watching the squirrels play around . Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom was perfect. Master bedroom bed was comfortable. Easily wakable to Dickes and a close drive to stores and restaurants and 10 minutes to downtown. We wished we could have stayted there a few more days. Thank you for hosting us!"

"This is such a sweet place for a small group. It’s very quiet and peaceful, with a lot of outdoor space. I rented the unit for my parents, and they LOVED it! The owners are wonderful. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay perfect, including fresh eggs and honey!"

"Mitchell was very accommodating from check in to check out, his communication with you is on point! But I CAN NOT brag enough about his willingness to go out of his way for you! I accidentally left my engagement ring and didn’t realize until I got home (5 hours away) in a complete panic- Mitchell went to search the house himself and mailed me my ring back!! When I tell you he’s amazing, I mean it! The property is a short 20 minute walk to the baseball stadium, football stadium is even closer....

"We had the absolute best trip to Dallas for the eclipse & staying here was there cherry on top! The space was awesome with absolutely everything you could need. The outdoor area with an amazing pool was where we spent most of our time! Super private in a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Haley was very helpful & communicative & check-in/out were a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again when in the area."

"The only negative was I couldn’t remember the access code. For those traveling with pets, the fence in the back is leaning pretty good."

"The property is a fairly new build. Plenty of room and close to downtown Dallas. The only downside would be that its near a busy intersection and theres a bus stop in front. I would definitely stay here again."

"A quiet Arlington neighborhood home with a touch of rooster ambience crowing nearby. Our group of four baseball umpires worked UT Arlington venue games, and attended a Rangers game all within 10 to 15 minutes of this location. The area has a large selection of dining choices a few blocks away along I-20. I would definitely stay at this property again."

"Location was as listed. Had a great time playing ping pong. Bedrooms along with multiple bathrooms was a big plus and very convenient. Ease of access for both arrival and travel around the Dallas area. Will definitely look into this listing if I’m back in the Dallas area with friends and family."

"Traveled here with my husband and in-laws so we wanted to a home option versus a hotel so we could share a space and be together. Home was perfectly sized for us and rooms/beds were very comfortable. We stayed here to tour the stockyards and found it is just too far to walk so plan to use Uber or Lyft if you don’t have a car. Yes, you COULD walk it but it’s not a straight shot and would take at least 20 minutes. Our weather was not the best for that option as there was a chance of rain most days...

"Landed early and got a hold of host to request for early check in. Host is very responsive and flexible. Place is clean and comfortable. Prime location, we visited for the Cinco de Mayo weekend Fort Worth Stockyards only 30 minutes away, Magnolia Silos Marketplace less than 2hrs. One night we didn’t expect the heavy rain, so we stayed in there’s plenty of games, movie apps, and blankets we enjoyed our stay and comfort! Thank you very much!"

"The house is clean and cute. The outside yard needs help. It needed to be cut and weeded. The backyard is cute, but needs to be blown off. The inside was nice and comfortable. Wasn’t familiar with the area.. thought it would be closer to the stockyards."

"There less than 24 hours but close to passport office which is what we were Dallas for. Hotel is older but clean. Staff was super attentive and friendly. Rooms were nice and cool. Bed very comfortable. Nice and spacious rooms. Only issue, couldn’t figure out the hot water in the shower in the morning. No time to worry about it. Overall, nice stay. Most affordable option in town for the night so felt it was worth it. "
