「Good location. Nice staff. Room was not clean. I killed 3 bugs in the 2 days I was there. The baseboards were dirty and the lamps dusty. The carpet also had multiple stains on them. Would not recommend this property.」

「The Basin Park is in a perfect location for exploring historic downtown Eureka Springs and a short drive to The Great Passion Play. The complimentary shuttle services was great. Our double Queen room was spacious with a sitting room separating the large bathroom from the sleeping area. I would recommend The Basin Park to anyone visiting Eureka Springs.」

「I love this place. Super comfortable bedding. Everything was squeaky clean. It was cozy and comfortable. I could not be happier with this choice or more comfortable if I had been in my own home. Because the cabins are not attached to each other, once inside, it was extremely quiet. They don’t serve breakfast but really, bring a pack of muffins and you’re ahead of every other option.」
