“Cabin was clean and tidy, but the air conditioner didn’t work properly, it was 33 degrees and only blowing cool air, it was so hot. The BBQ at the pool didn’t work, luckily there was one at the camp kitchen to use but the room was locked. Also the detergent bottle to wash dishes was filled with water so was very successful at cleaning the BBQ dishes.”

“As we have hot air balloon appointment and meet up at 5:00am morning time, So that select this hotel to stay and the meet up point at hotel restaurant. Everything are good condition. We had the dinner at hotel and very yummy and reasonable price. We have 5 peoples to stay. Except 1 thing that allocate the disable room for our family. “ Location was the only Plus !!
We booked at this estate because it was offering Morning breakfast. It also showed a restaurant which offered Lunch and Dinner!!
It was a total disappointment! When we contacted for the breakfast, the guy told us he will keep it outside our door. We expected breakfast that was already made but what we got was the ingredients to make breakfast! On top of that, he sent us raw bacon and we don't eat Bacon or Beef!! Next day, he sent us a box of eggs.

“The hotel definitely cannot be called Grand. It was build on a pub. But it is true it has a long history, built in 1833. It is not value for the money paid. First the checkin means calling the people from pub counter to the checkin desk to give you the key. And there is no elevator at the hotel, handicapped or large suitcase people not suggest to go.
