My husband and I wanted a small but functional, quiet home-base during our stay to visit friends and family all over the Denver metro area, and to ski. This guest house was perfect for our needs; it’s as close to skiing as one can get while still being in the Denver Metro Area, and we were quite happy that it was just a 5-minute drive to almost anything we needed including groceries, restaurants, gas stations, stores, a shopping mall,……

“We flew im for a wedding. It was centrally located. There were bikes in the garage which is a bonus, wish they all worked but that’s ok. There is a creek trail a few houses away. It was nice the kids unplugged and got outside to explore.”

“The house was perfect for us. I was impressed with the amount of kitchen cookware/utensils and the fact the house was stocked for our laundry and dish cleaning needs. Tiffany was awesome at communication! I appreciated her understanding and flexibility when weather impacted our stay. Not to mention, she ensured our sidewalk and driveway were cleared of snow in a very timely manner!”

“Had a wonderful stay at element 89! It was perfect for our group of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids ages 2yr-8yr). Plenty of room, lots of toys and games for the kids (and adults!), and a great location. We loved that there were multiple spaces in the home where we could all be together comfortably (including the large dining table). We also loved the aesthetic appeal of the house. I highly recommend this house!”

“Joshua was easily accessible and his home was the perfect location for our stay in Denver. We were able to walk to so many area attractions and the house was amazing. Small touches everywhere made for a truly great experience. I visit Denver at least once a year and will absolutely be interested in staying again because of how wonderful this location and home were.”

“Myself, husband, and 1 year old son had a mini-family reunion to celebrate some birthdays with his brother and sister-in-law, aunts and uncle this past week. There was plenty of room for all of us, a great kitchen for meals, and wonderful common space to hang out. The grounds are lovely, nestled inside one of JeffCo’s many parks. The location is convenient to access and close to so many things. The owner, Dennis, was super responsive the whole time we were there and everything we needed was……

“Cool house only 20 minutes drive to RR. Very clean & host provided snacks. We will definitely come back to this psychedelic duplex next time we go to a concert at RR. Lot of room w/ comfortable beds, plenty of blankets & pillows. Comfortable couch & very quiet neighbors. We didn’t go outside in the back due to weather snow/rain while we were here but looks like nice spot for a bbq or just chill. Host was responsive & friendly”

“photos do not do this cabin justice! the views were insane and the host is amazing and kind. they gave us updates on weather and road conditions since we are not from the area. we we’re snowed in and had to head to the airport at 4am. the plow truck wasn’t supposed to come until later in the day but host made sure they plowed the roads before we even woke up! they even made a little trail for us to walk to the car and removed snow from the vehicle which made it easier to defrost! amazing views……

“We hit the rare spring snowstorm and it was unexpected but awesome. Beautiful views with and without the snow, which eventually melted. Not far from Evergreen for dining and groceries. Lots of great trails very close - if you are flatlanders like us I recommend the Panorama Point trail just east of downtown Evergreen. The place has everything you need and is very comfortable. Had to call the contact one time and he was very helpful. No issues.”
