「TERRIBLE a NIGHTMARE No lights did no work for 2 days an nobody helped No power the switches did not work did no shower in 2 days the water Pomp did nor work because of no power. Need a refund immediately The unit itself veey nice. But the power ruined the whole stay. No lights in 2 days!!

「Such a lovely place! I would love to give 6 stars for each category. Sophia and Giulia were soooo welcoming and friendly and made this stay really special. Thank you so much! Food was great, we did not expect this big variety. Breakfast with lake-view was simply stunning. The terrace, the whirlpool - well where to stop....? 「Lovely hotel and grounds.
We had a room on the 3rd floor with two balconies affording us stellar views of the mountains and lake. The rearward facing balcony was quiet and peaceful.
We through the doors open and had a lovely breeze all evening.
The pool is lovely and there were plants of lounge chairs for reading and relaxing + two showers.
We don’t eat at the hotel but great coffee is just down the street and there are a few restaurants in either direction.

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect.
