“Staff were always ready to answer questions and direct me in the right directions. I wish it was warmer and sunnier to enjoy the out door pool. The few things I was disappointed in was the coffee in the morning….Nespresso? Or the other latter maker. The fruit was fair. The dinners were excellent and drinks were great”

“We had an excellent stay here. The hotel is convenient. The breakfast is outstanding and the hotel is in walking distance to everything. We went to the mineral pools at night which were fantastic. We also walked around Furnas lake and paid 26 Euros( for two people )to park there and then go to the waterfall hike which was well worth it. We took a cold plunge into the pool at the bottom of the waterfall. It was freezing but so rejuvenating, highly recommend!!! We also took the 20 minute drive to……

“The pool is not heated and even the kids had difficulty swimming at the end of June. Beach is nice to walk on. Did not go in the water. Jellyfish on the beach. The food is ok, not many options for kids and strong on fish (with lots of bones still in). Water is not included with dinner, so a minimum of 5 euros for a bottle. Hotel is a bit dated. Music in the hallways on speakers start at 7am. The grounds are nice and well maintained. The check in staff was nice and the kids enjoyed the flavored……
