「Patrick couldn’t have been more helpful in anticipation of our visit. The house is very well equipped, beds comfortable and spotless, showers lovely and hot. The bus service is minutes away direct to the city and plenty shops/bakeries nearby for provisions. The only mark-down is on the ‘child-friendly’ question which Patrick answers in the description of the property so on your own head be it! 「My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. 」

「Amazing place, very modern. Host was great, easy to communicate with and gave so much excellent information. Walking distance to everything, shopping, eating, pubs, you name it, it was right there. Kitchen area had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and spacious except one room by the door was rather small and loud with our big group coming and going. The other 5 bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again. 」

Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with.
