"About 10-minute ride on a bus to Kitanomine zone, not crowded, with 340 yen for round trip ticket which is offered by the hotel for guests. About 10-minute walk from the hotel to market places & restaurants. It is a quiet town. "

"If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would. This was one of my favourite hotels by far and we wish we stayed there longer. The room was clean and well stocked, the restaurant down stairs had friendly staff and delicious food. And the hotel was conveniently located, close to restaurants shops and the slope. "

"Expedia says this place provides a free shuttle but it is at inconsistent times and we had to take a taxi many times throughout our stay. If you are not renting a car I can't say I would recommend it. Other than that it is very nice. "

"Great location and nicely newly built hotel Reason not 5 star - one of the room ( A ) has infested a lot of black bugs and we had to tell children not go into it and did not use the room at all - the place has strong new construction smell when first entering after opening window for a night it improved "
