「ランドリー設備があって良かったです。」

「Great hotel to stay in central Jakarta. The staff were helpful and supportive.」

「Having the right staff: the technician in the hotel was very talented and efficient, he helped me have my damaged suitcase fixed. It was just a miracle.」

「Traffic jam is a normal in this area. The room was excellent with full facilities. I reserved the standard room but it was specious enough for me and my boyfriend. Very cost effective. I will be back if I come to Jakarta again. 」

「Very good staff」

「Nice service 」

「My room was infested by mosquitoes! Got bitten; Couldn’t fall asleep. The room is spacious but the floor is dirty - my soles got stuck to it. Swimming pool is not in good condition - its base is broken with sharp tiles exposed and the water is heavily chemically treated. The service in the one and only restaurant is very very slow. The hotel Staff didn’t really understand what I said half the time.」

「Room was a smoking Room. Had cigarette burns on the sofa, the furniture all smelled of smoke. The furniture needed washed. I specifically asked for a non smoking room. Even paid for an upgrade. Staff are unresponsive when it comes to e-mail or phone calls. Cleaning and breakfast staff were very attentive. 」

「Clean room」

「床墊舒適，但衛浴清潔有待加強，早餐尚可，工作人員熱心，飯店位置離公車站走路尚需8分鐘，不算太近! 」
