“Unique decor that looks just like the photos; well-equipped (especially the kitchenette); bed was comfortable; everything was clean. “The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. ”

“Located within Zone two, near underground station with easy access facilities and Bus Stop, go to Heathrow Airport conveniently by Piccadily Line without changing the underground line, three stops reach Harrods, the disavantages are small bed room, toilet seat is too high in ground floor.”

“I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new……
