“The water pressure of hot shower is so low in my room. The in room phone is not working. Staffs are friendly and helpful.”

“The resort location is near to the train station. It is convenient and the environment is very comfortable. The resort is very good for relaxation. One thing is needed to improve is lack of staff to manager the swimming pool.”

“空間很大讓出國在外渡假也有家的感覺，床很舒適，有廚房可以自己料理。 地點離海邊很近，停車方便，友善的工作人員”

“Amazing hotel, great location and stunning views. Gorgeous helpful staff and lovely apartments. Cleaning staff amazing too. Will definitely be going back”

“We enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were excellent”

“Hands down, the worst hotel I have ever experienced. The electrical switches were greasy and uncleaned. Worse still, the stove lacked a range hood, leaving a large hole in the wall. To make matters worse, neighboring roosters started crowing loudly at the crack of dawn. Highly disappointed, and thankfully we only booked a single night.”

“Just liked the feel of the whole place, its convenience etc was all brilliant”

“Beautiful views and great location.”

“Er is niks aan te merken op het hotel. Alleen het avondeten lag soms iets te lang, waardoor het wat taai werd. Ontbijt was fantastisch!”

“位置好，市中心，去景点方便，但停车费劲”

“Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.”

“Necesita una remodelación ide inmediato. Las cortinas de baño daban asco. Al Igual que el baño. La gente de la la recepcion fue amable . No aire condicionado. Cuarto bastante amplio pero todo muy viejo. Si me preguntas no vuevo a quedarme en ese hotel”

“Great stay here at Alfagar Village. The property was vast - many pools, restaurants and activities for kids/adults. The beach is a bit of a walk away but very convenient to have on the property. The rooms have been updated and were clean. Staff was always accomadating - thanks for Theo and Goncales for all their help with everything! Location was great for travelling to other locations as well and there was ample parking available.”

“Great location Property could do with an update. Frustrating that you could not move sun loungers as they are locked in.”
