“Everything was perfect. Great pool and hot tub, lovely pine trees and rock fountains/pools throughout; comfortable and well appointed rooms and kitchen. All amenities provided. Peaceful and quiet away from center of Sedona. Will stay again.”

“It’s so peaceful & relaxing the moment you walk into this cottage. Everything is as described and more. The patio has such a welcoming atmosphere & after our long hikes the private hot tub completed our days. There are so many beautiful trails within walking distance, as well. This is our second time staying here & it did not disappoint. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful place to call home while exploring beautiful Sedona!! “The house was very spacious for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table, there was also a good selection of books during down time. Kitchen was well stocked, nice linens, even got to park in the garage. Great location, close to trails, beautiful views. ”

“This was a wonderful stay. The home was well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. It is located in a cul-de-sac so it is very quiet. It is located near hiking trails and a 5 minute drive to Flagstaff. We had one issue with our stay and it was immediately addressed by Katannya, the owner. She also kept in contact throughout our stay which was greatly appreciated. We look forward to returning soon. ”
