“We loved this hotel! The rooms are beautiful and there's incredible art everywhere in the hotel Design and all the things they added to the rooms were incredible cutest little kitchen, and an espresso machine with eco friendly pods. ”

“Perfect for my business trip”

“Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs……

“Had a great stay at the house. We were in town for a show at Red Rocks. House was cozy, clean, beds were comfortable. Everything is within walking distance to eat or drink. Would definitely stay again.”

“The house was clean and had everything you will need. Comfy beds, great back porch and kitchen has anything you might need. Close to everything!!! Julia was so responsive to our needs. We thought we might have to stay extra due to a snow storm coming in and she stayed in touch to make sure we were okay. We will definitely be back ❤️”

“A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful.……

“The Vrbo is exactly as it looks on the listing. It's clean and the beds are comfortable and the shower is lovely. It was the perfect location for us going to graduation festivities at Regis. When we needed to contact the host, he answered right away and was really friendly and receptive. The only suggestions I have are very minor. It would be nice to have at least one more mirror in the house. Also some more glassware or some wine glasses would be nice. All in all a very nice place.”

“We loved this property! Christine is professional and friendly. We loved the back yard and the house was bigger than I thought. Really appreciated the kitchen and all the supplies. The grill was a great plus too. Definitely recommend.”

“Cute place! It’s a basement apartment with all you need to enjoy your stay. The bed is comfortable, tv works, we even had some complementary coffee. It is a simple place, but our plans were to be out and about for our stay, so it was perfect.”

“We had a bit of trouble upon arrival, but the host went out of her way to get to the home quickly and fix the issue. Following that, the stay was pleasant and we even almost booked an additional night, but ended up going to Colorado Springs. Kids had a blast in the backyard, we saved a ton of money on food making use of the fully stocked kitchen, enjoyed the variety of games they had available, and the location was absolutely amazing. Close enough to everything that we didn't have to spend……
