“Perfect location to walk to Seacrets down the road and to Fagers Island right next door. Some suggestions to finish the renovation process- change out the thermostat, it just was a dial to show colder or warmer and we woke to temps at either too warm or too cold, put in a ceiling fan with light in the bedroom because it was so dark with just low lit lamps on side of bed, better screens on patio door, add a full length mirror somewhere. For the most part it was exactly what we needed. Loved the……

“Very friendly!”

“What a tranquil, amazing property! From the minute we arrived we were highly impressed. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and very inviting.….It felt like home immediately! The owners thought of everything to make us feel comfortable during our stay. Everything was labeled and there were ample supplies provided for us upon our arrival. Furniture and beds were very comfortable as well. There’s a lot of wildlife to see and listen to while relaxing on the screened in deck (another……

“Clean”

“The property was lovely and clean. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook at home if you didn't feel like heading out to eat. There was also some beach equipment, coolers, and even bikes available by the owner for use if you didn't bring your own.The owner left a book with helpful information about nearby locations as well as explaining the trolley and parking system in the area which was valuable to someone who wasn't local. Plenty of towels……

“Great location and was very clean, my friends and I had a great time!”

“This house is exactly what we needed for a short weekend getaway with friends. Andrew, the point of contact, was spectacular. He gave us restaurant ideas, parking spots for the beach, got us an early check-in, and was always able to communicate easily with. The house itself was perfect. Enough space for small kids to play and the adults to relax in the spacious and air conditioned sunroom.House was equipped with the basics (linens, towels, etc.).It was only a short drive to the beach and with the……

“Loved it.”

“We really enjoyed the location of this property. It was close to the beach and had an ocean view from the enclosed porch. Bedding and linens were provided which was great since we flew in from out of state. Washer and dryer worked well, we brought detergent and softener sheets with us and having so much sand it was great to do a load each night of swimwear and beach stuff. We brought our own beach blanket and beach towels. Living room and kitchen were well laid out, carpet had a few spots, but……
