“Everything nice only thing for parking space ”

“The hotel and room was extremely clean and comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel is convenient for anything. The staff is terrific and extremely helpful! Will stay again for sure if we are in that area. Thank you for a great stay!”

“No maid service daily. It was an additional $25 per day if requested. This was not quoted or explained when booking, There was a $25 per day parking fee. This was never quoted or explained when booking. I will dispute this charge on my credit card that hotel charged. You had to request new towels daily, as well as toilet paper. While breakfast was OK, twice in four days we were asked to leave right after finishing eating as there were people waiting for tables.”

“We had an amazing stay. Everyone was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. All of the amenities were amazing and there was even more than I knew was included when I originally booked it. I loved that you could use all amenities a few hours before check in and also after checkout until 3pm. This was great for us because weather was not great for beach so we were able to use the pool and hot tub after checkout until 3pm. We had our two children (5 and 7) and they were beyond happy with this……

There was an issue with them being short-staffed during our stay so we had difficulty securing bedding for the pull out couch as well as enough towels and wash cloths for our large party. Additionally the hotel store was sold out of bottled water so we had to drive to the store for those supplies. The staff that was there for our stay were as kind and helpful as……
