"The stay was overall excellent. The staff friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet good but would have appreciated seeing different options. The food at the bar could improve as well but was not bad. The only problem is that taxis can't drop you off at the hotel and you have to walk uphill a little with the luggage. I would absolutely return. Money well spent. "

"Amazing staff. The guest service is among the best I've ever experienced. They were always smiling and ready to offer any assistance or provide tourist information. The room for four people was spacious enough and very well-equipped. It also has a terrace on the fifth floor with a lovely view of the Clérigos Tower. From that terrace, we were able to prepare our own New Year's Eve dinner and enjoy the fireworks."

"The location of this hotel is simply incredible! It is right on the river. We had a room facing the river with a wall of windows and the views are breathtaking. We also had lunch and drinks outside at their bar and loved it. The staff was also very helpful and arranged our transportation from and back to the airport."

There are ample restaurants and cafes steps away, and markets and shopping are minutes walk away as well. Hotel staff was great and the room was very clean and perfect for after long days out exploring the beautiful city. "
