“2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? “I have stayed in quite many different hotels and this Riad is one of the best accommodations I have ever experienced. After a long trip from Sahara desert, I was stunned by the serene vibe of this Riad and had a refreshing shower here. “We felt welcomed as friends / family at Riad Fez Baraka from start to finish. Absolutely top notch hotel and would stay here again. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the dinner and breakfast are both superb, the room was a palace that is very ornately decorated, and the hammam / massage services are excellent. Very good value for money. Free airport shuttle was a greatly appreciated bonus as well. Can't say enough nice things about this riad and the entire staff. One of the better hotels……

“Be prepared: the riad is in the middle of the Medina with LOTS of winding roads and dead ends. Even with a map you will likely get lost. It also means taxis cannot get to the riad. High pressure to buy dinner as soon as I arrived that turned me off and then again for a tour even though I said I had one booked. No front door key provided so had to knock/ring to get in. Room was on main floor so could hear people talking in the lobby area. Breakfast was breads with offer of one egg cooked to……

“I grew up in Fes. I know traditional. This is traditional/modern. I like the vibe. It’s not “stenciled” over a normal wall. This is true craftsmanship everywhere. The house can be quiet and one feels awkward speaking out loud. But truly amazing. The shades close and darken the room which was amazing for my jet lag when I needed dark. The hospitality is outstanding. There is street parking. The breakfast is delicious and authentic Moroccan. The room is spacious. It’s not the best sunlight coming……

“I don't even know where to start. Karim the manager was an angel; so kind, accommodating, and also knowledgeable about Moroccan history. Soumaya was fantastic with our endless requests and questions. And then Adil, Ibrahim, and Ayoub were charming/funny, professional, and hard working.
