“The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent. ”

“Overall is located close to all activities, spacious room, great BKFST”

“The hotel service is excellent, the decoration is beautiful, and the location is very close to the Médina. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the rooms are well-equipped. It is highly recommended!”

“The property appears quite run-down and is in serious need of maintenance and renovation. The washrooms are in very poor condition, with several broken fixtures, and some of the curtains in room are torn. The elevator buttons are unreliable and often need to be pressed several times before they respond. Communication can also be challenging, as many staff members have limited English proficiency. At breakfast, the dishes were not labeled, even though I noticed the food labels stacked nearby……

“Perfect!”

“The Riad was an oasis in Fes. The courtyard and roof top patio were gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay here!”

“This is a former palace. The rooms are a huge and comfortable. The entire place is an oasis. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It’s located in the Medina of Fes and calling it a labyrinth would be an understatement. Upon our checkout they kindly carried our bags through this maze and hailed a taxi - and negotiated with the driver (a must do) to get us to the train station. The morning breakfasts were massive, just when you think they could not get more plates on the table they come……

“Traditional RIAD with a style. They provided kindness service and helpful advice. It’s great. ”

“Very old hotel. Advertisment is misleading. Located in a small street with lots of construction. Hotel should be in the 3 stars category. Rooms have a lot of humidity and are very basic in furnishing including Suites.”
