“The owners of the B&B are the sweetest people. They really get to know their guest. The breakfast that was made was farm to table and the best I have had in the UK.I wpuld highly recommed especially if you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. You will not be disappointed.”

“Stephan and Gwen were delightful hosts and the house was large, comfortable, clean and a beautiful view. The hotel in town had really great food. Make sure you have reservations though. They did help us by letting us do take away when we didn’t. The area had so many great things to see. Really close to Stonehaven (our host told us about it) and you must see Dunnottar Castle located just a short drive from here. Had some gifts and fresh milk in the fridge on our arrival. The host lives next door……

“This B&B is close to main network and easy to find. Absolutely spotless room and the most comfortable bed ever! Very accommodating hostess who cooked me a delicious evening meal and a massive well cooked breakfast, despite my dietary needs (please let her know before you stay and nothing is too much trouble!) I would highly recommend this place for solo travelers as I felt very safe and welcome here. Thank you for a lovely stay.”

“It was a very nice and relaxing time in this holiday apartment. The rooms were modern and stylishly designed. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kettle broke and we had a new one the next morning. Very obliging. Thanks so much. The area with the harbor and industry wasn't that exciting, but the holiday apartment was even more so. We felt very comfortable.”

“Stayed here with my husband and two teens for a 2 night stay.. House was small but cosy and we were glad the heating was on when we arrived as weather was awful!. House is well equipped for a self-catering holiday; we did not cook much but there seemed to be plenty of utensils /pots and pans etc. Also very pleased to see more than 4 of each piece of cutlery /crockery (a pet-peeve is when places for four people only have 4 forks /plates etc -you need those extras!!!) Great location for beach……

“We spotted the village from the road above, fishing village down a steep road, cobblestones and cottages. Gorgeous 300 year old pub on the harbour, great atmosphere, comfy bed and room, breakfast the next day was fresh and plentiful and offered with love and care. Really enjoyed it, 20 steos from the harbour so pretty to walk around.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Fine landscape, and it was a short walk to the beach. The hotell room was okay, but very cold in the bathroom.”

“The cottage is very well equipped. It is spacious with everything you need supplied e.g. kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets. The surrounding area is stunning and the coastal walk was beautiful. There is no outside space or view from the cottage however.”

Stort rom med stor og komfortabel seng. romslig bad med grei komfort. Bra WiFi. Litt støy fra trafikk og uteliv, som man må forvente når man bor i sentrum. Hyggelig frokostrom med godt utvalg og god mat. Restaurant med rask og god service, og god og variert meny til greie priser. Hyggelig og imøtekommende personale overalt på……

“Nice and clean, the staff are very friendly and attentive ,if it's not there they will they will get one for you (hair dryer). Breakfast lovely will make you what ever you require. Nice bar where you can order your excellent home cooked evening meal. We recommend the steak pie. Bathroom mirror could have been a little bit lower for my little legs other than that no complaints .”
