“We only enjoyed the beach…nothing else. Service was the worst I’ve ever had at any other all inclusive I’ve been to. Very limited options for food at buffet especially for breakfast and having to wait for hours for food was ridiculous when the restaurants seemed so empty. We would not come back to this hotel and definitely wouldn’t recommend with little kids.”

“We stayed for a total of 3 nights 4 days everything about our stay was enjoyable. All the staff we interacted with was very helpful and friendly even the taxi drivers. I only wish there were more options on the food menu and activities to do since the property is so far away from the city. Overall we were looking for quiet and relaxation and we got it. “Loved how friendly and helpful the entire staff at the resort were. Our room and property were very clean. Special kudos to our pool bartender Crisheida who was awesome. All the food, even the buffets were good, but they advertise 6 restaurants and most of our stay only two were open most nights for dinner. Also our beachfront room had beautiful views, but our beach ( the Atlantic side) was unusable because of all the seaweed. Only the Mamora Bay beach was usable, but very nice.”

“We were a little sceptical about Galleon Beach Resort due to limited reviews but we did not regret booking. Upon arrival Talia showed us down to Sea Breeze - cottage number 10. She left a welcome sheet providing her mobile number incase we needed it, numbers of taxis etc. The cottage was beautiful with a living area with two small couches, a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge water cooler and 2 plate hob.
