“This was a strange hotel experience. The staff was not at all welcoming or hospitable. When we arrived we were clearly struggling with a luggage cart with a broke wheel and nobody offered to help us. When checking in, many details were left out, like putting our key in the power bank in the room so we could use all the lights and outlets. The sink was filthy and had no hot water. The toilet seat would fall off when you sit down. There aren’t any closets or drawers to store your clothes. We……

“Outstanding little getaway”

“Sorry this is not a bed and breakfast this is part of a hotel chain, they charge you an extra fee for booking with a 3rd party when you show up, you have to go to the main hotel to get in your place. They make the bed during the stay but don’t take out the trash. The place is cluttered and dated. The only good thing was the hot tub. Will not be staying with this place or the hotel. I wanted a true bed and breakfast which this was absolutely not. ”

“Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was spotless. Was a small hole in the wall near the TV that needs patched up. Fresh coat of paint on the outside of the halls is needed. Staff was friendly. Great location. Walking to plant6y of restaurants and the pier. Parking free and secure.”

“The room was smaller than expected. There was just a full bed, but it is fine for one traveler. Unsure if there was construction on the second floor above me, but it was extremely noisy at all hours. It was clean,great parking and location. ”

“We had a phenomenal experience with the general manager Lisa and her chef. Very hospitable and knowledgeable for the downtown St Augustine area. You felt like you're at home and they made you feel very comfortable and the place was immaculate. I highly recommend staying here. We wish we had an extra day. We will definitely come back. Okay for the price, but $180 a night is a little steep for the stay. Location is great, and compared to other hotels in Saint Augustine, it's price and quality are the best. ”
