「The shuttle service is one of the reason I picked this hotel , however the shuttle transfer reservation system it’s a little bit messy. after I make a complaint. The hotel management has arranged the relevant service , however i realised that actually they didn’t do any check up regarding the confirmation, so basically is the backend third-party system gave me a lot of hassle 」
「I really enjoyed my stay. There were a few things I would have liked to been better ex: the master bedroom sheets weren’t properly cleaned. We had to wash the entire bed. The washing machine had a really bad odor to it which made it even more difficult to make the decision to wash the sheets and blanket. "They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "
