The location is fabulous. It is an historic building with a tiny elevator. I would recommend this property for people who don't mind stairs. Right across the street from the fabulous Boboli Gardens and Pitti Palace.

We had a wonderful stay, the position of the property is fantastic for exploring Florence. Our room was clean and peaceful, the bed was extremely comfortable. Paola and Andrew were very responsive and helpful hosts and we would not hesitate to stay again.

The ideal accommodation for my wife and I in every way. Andrew and Paola were wonderfully hospitable and attentive hosts and they went the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Our room was large, cool (important given heatwave conditions outside!), spotlessly clean and well-appointed, and location-wise the residenza couldn't have been more convenient. We will certainly return!

This was an amazing place to stay—especially for our first time in Florence! We were so happy with the owners and how they run this place. Don’t be confused by the pictures, every room is a fully functioning room with private bathroom and spacious! The beds were comfortable, the cleaning service was amazing, and overall it was the perfect stay. It’s right in front of Pitti Palace, a huge attraction which is lovely and makes it easy to navigate through the area. Thank you again for such a lovely time!

Perfect place for visiting Florence.

Fantastisk service og nærme det meste

Fantastisk service, veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Ideel beliggenhet rett ved siden av Boboli-hagene, og kun noen få minutters gange fra Ponte Vecchio. Stort og behagelig rom, god seng. Dusjen var ikke mye å skryte av, men resten var såpass bra at jeg likevel vil anbefale det på det sterkeste.

The location is wonderful - once we found it (that’s on us). Room is small and shower is extremely short - clean room and very friendly staff and helped with luggage in the 1 person elevator. Worked perfect for a 1 night stay

Fun in Florence

Andrew and Paula were right there to greet us and very helpful throughout our stay. We were grateful for the elevator. Our room was quite small and had little room for luggage. The step up to the bathroom was easy to forget, but we had no incident. The bed was super comfy. We enjoyed the common room when we wanted just to relax. The location is great. We walked across Ponte Vecchio a couple times each day. The Pitti Palace is right across the street with Boboli Gardens behind it. Everything was within walking distance.
