“The room was large and mostly very clean except there was a chunk of something on the floor and an old food tub both under the desk. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was very quiet my first night and the following night I was able to feel a door slam somewhere while laying in bed. It seemed like it was a door from the floor beneath but it felt like it rattled the whole wall behind the bed.”

We were not aware of this until after the free cancellation period was over. There is no mention in the listing or confirmation that the passport would be the only document accepted. We were uncomfortable doing this with all the online identity theft that is prevalent today.
The communication with the property was poor. We messaged several times through……

“Margaret was incredibly helpful in providing suggestions on how to navigate the city and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants.
The morning breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Our room was very spacious, the couch was very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. After a full day of walking around Dover, this was a very special retreat. The views are just amazing.
We will plan a trip to spend more time with Margaret.”
