“Great location. All rooms face the beach. Adjacent to the pier. At the end of Folly Road. Walk to all the shops and restaurants. They have nice beach chairs for guests. Just check them out/in. One ding … No free coffee except in-room brewer. Continuous improvement suggestion … Rooms are not carpeted. Understand, due to the sand. But a throw/area rug between the beds would be a nice add.”

“We had an excellent stay at Water’s Edge. The B&B was well kept, the breakfast was great, and the location is unbeatable! Unfortunately the hot tub now closes at 9pm and we didn’t get a chance to use it but it looked like a great set up. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are steep stairs to access the B&B and more stairs to access the rooms.”

Now its some random office building ran by girls who probably know nothing about actual property management. I called thr day before confirming my reservation asking about parking and early check in and to who i ever spoke with was like "yeah parking there even if the room isnt ready is ok and we always get you checked in early." “Very easy checkin - no contact with any one. It is all through the app. Very easy! Great location. Close to all the restaurants/bars and Folly beach was just a block away. The room was very beachy and cute. It is small but whos in there room besides to aleep and shower on a beach anyway? The bathroom is small but shower water pressure was excellent. Loved the porch sitting area. We came in winter so no opportunity to use the pool but it looked like a nice area. The bed is a memory foam full size……
