Such a perfect beach home! Perfect size for a family of 3 of 4. Stay Duvet was really responsive and helpful when I contacted them with questions about the area. Easy walk down to the beach. Folly Beach itself is beautiful and the people there are so nice. I'd definitely go back and definitely stay at this home again. Thank you for hosting us.

This home was exactly as pictured and had everything my daughter and I needed. They decor is beautiful, beds are comfy, lots of bath towels provided. They even had some beach towels. There were also adults books and family games. The house is a few blocks from the main drag but the only noise you hear is people driving by, no noise from the lively town. Having off street parking is huge because there are cars parked all over the street from people visiting the beach. I wish the town had sidewalks on the side streets, but that isn't anything the owner can change. We just made sure to get home early so we weren't walking on the road when the town got busy at night. The town was not family friendly at night time so we wouldn't want to hang there late anyway.

Nice place, great location close to beach and close but not too close to the main street. Kitchen was well stocked but the microwave should be replaced. Listing didn't make it clear that this was a unit connected to another, we dealt with some noise from the adjacent unit as they share a living room wall. Enjoyed our stay.

This home was perfect, everything we were hoping it would be and more. The decor is adorable and everything was very clean. My husband and I stayed there with our two children, 10 and 12. The size of the home was just right - we never felt on top of each other. The backyard space is great and completely private from the neighbors. The location relative to the beach and downtown Folly just can’t be beat. The only time we used our car was to drive the easy trip into downtown Charleston. The hosts were so gracious and we loved every minute of our time in their sweet home/town.

Location was great, the place was clean, new & decorated so cute. Parking is a hot commodity in the area so having a driveway was a huge plus. We were close enough to walk to everything but far enough to not be bothered by the noise. This place was fully stocked with everything we needed. Really appreciated the beach chairs & umbrellas too!
