Hilton Head Island Folly Field Beach Park Hotels

"This was our 8th year's staying at this resort. We always have an amazing time. The staff is great, the grounds are beautiful, the beach is right there and clean. The tiki bar and restaurant are amazing and security is friendly and helpful. However, the condo we stayed in was horrible. Dirty, the screen didnt close all the way, the beach chairs and umbrella were rusty and broken, there were 2 hornets nests on the balcony which made it difficult to enjoy the beach front location. The shower know was so corroded and dingy and sharp that my husband cut his finger just trying to turn it on. For the first time at this resort, no soap was provided for hand washing. The couch is so old and dated it is so hard to even sit on. Big thumbs down for this condo. Also, yhe hall lights outaide in the hall are right outside your bedroom window. It was like trying to sleep during the day! Sad, bc this was our first stay at admirals row and we won't bother trying it again. There was nothing Admiral about this condo aside from the view."

"This is our third trip to Hilton Head and always love staying here. You can’t beat the location, listening to the ocean and seeing the beautiful sunrises. We will be back again soon!!"

"I would book this unit again in a heartbeat! Very well kept and stocked. Beautiful and easy access to parking, pool and beach. Property owners and caretakers responded in a timely manner. Wish we could have stayed longer "

"Did not have the single bed that is outlined in the online advertisement. There is a pullout sofa bed that may be queen as listed, but there is no single bed. there’s more than four occupants in this place. There was a chair, but it’s not the one listed in the photos unless it’s the one that had a cover on it. I do not believe that one reclined or at least we could not find it since I had the cover on it."

"The host was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the kitchen had everything needed to cook. The security guards were very helpful as well with recommending places to eat and fun things to do with our kids. "

"We stayed for a weekend to celebrate my birthday. The condo is beautiful- freshly updated - so pretty! It was equipped with everything we needed and is just steps away from the beach. The balcony is nice and has an ocean view. The host was a delight! Highly recommend!"

"This was a good property for what we were looking for - a quick, easy to get to condo with beach access. It was clean and seemed updated as compared to some of the other properties in the area. There is not a great view of the ocean from this property, but I don't feel like it detracts from the experience. The biggest issue that I had with this particular condo was that the main bed was not very comfortable and it was very hard to sleep with the light coming in from the hallway, even with the curtains closed. All and all, would stay here again! "
