“I picked the perfect condo. Everything was perfect! Location was perfect! Walking distance to beach. Highly recommend the Waikiki Banyan. Shops and food all nearby. My condo had a resort fee and free parking.”

“Condo was very clean/stylish. The outside building and hallway is a little more run down compared to the condo. Had full kitchen, queen bed, and trundle bed. Kitchenware, towels, and detergent provided. Nice view of marina with boats. There is a restaurant and pub below and could hear the music and noise at all hours. ABC store/McDonalds across the street. 10 to 15 min walk to Ala Moana Mall. About a 5 min walk to the beach. Trolley stop within a block. Pretty far from Waikīkī beach so had to……

“The room is on the 23rd floor. To get there you have to use the stairs or the elevators. At least one of the elevators was broken for about half the time were there. The room itself was fine. When we arrived the smoke detector was chirping. A maintenance worker was there within 30 minutes to fix it. The coffee maker was gross -didn't look like it has been maintained. We ended up getting coffee from the store down the block every day. However everything else cooking wise was in fine condition. We……

“在这里住了3晚，整体来说，这个公寓只是整座楼的少数几间房间而已。房间服务不是很理想，房间整体较为老旧，住宿设施、厨房设备都陈旧。但这个公寓胜在位置很好，且性价比很高，全家出游，又要节省费用，真的是很好的选择。”

“Our host Reny was excellent. Very easy to communicate with and responds to our messages quickly. We were able to skip the check in line and go straight to our room. The property was perfect for our family of 4. The room was very clean and came stocked with 2 beach chairs and umbrellas, towels and blankets for every guest, a coffee machine, microwave, and dishes to use. The hardest part was finding overnight parking but there were many options if the property was full. We would definitely……

“It was hard to check in. I am not proficient at cell phones,(I'm 76 years old),but my son could figure out some things. We were given the wrong combination for the door of the condo. I had to phone vrbo to get Michelles' phone number to get the lockbox picture and door code. Michelle was very nice and spent a lot of time to straighten out everything .We loved the condo and hated to leave it. Location was perfect for us. Would have loved to meet Michelle.”

“Terrible experience, the room was 81 degrees and we can’t sleep in have to sleep on the sofa, and stove not working, and there’s no refund for that”

“This was exactly as listed. We so enjoyed our stay. It is literally 2 blocks from the international market place which has a target where we could easily pick up anything we needed. A few blocks off Waikiki so we could walk to the beach in additon to a pool on the property gave us plenty of fun in the sun. Edna is an amazing host who sent us tons of tips of things to do and see in the area. The sliding glass door to the lanai that overlooked the city jumped track and she had the repairman……

“Great vrbo experience. Thank you”
