“Very nice place! Food was great ! Perfect getaway for the weekend ”

“整體來說都滿意，唯一要彈的是冷氣機經常噴出一塊塊灰黑色的物體， 可能是隔塵網太污糟了，應該清洗乾淨好D， 弄得被上一塊塊污跡，這樣不太好。 其他設施及服務也貼心。”

“Great Hotel. I arrived very late and left really early, so I never tested the food. The room was spacious, well equiped and clean.”

“No lift”

“Chef could not handle my no salt soft diet. My wife had to forget about her low salt diet. We were disappointed with the menu, which I found impossible to read because I am red green colour blind. The hotel appeared to not understand what is colour blindness. We shall book again as we have done before. But we will not eat in the evening. This is the second time that we have had issues with the food. ”

“Enjoyed our stay at Colwall Park Hotel. We went to RHS Malvern Flower Festival and this was a great location being just a few miles away. Nice big room with large comfortable bed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, great couple of days in lovely part of the country.”

“This is an older building with lots of character. The bedroom was huge with lots of space and a view over the garden. The bed was comfy, although the mattress did seem to sag in the middle a little. The bathroom was nicely decorated, but I was a little surprised their wasn't any shampoo/conditioner in addition to the shower gel. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. We did have a drink from the bar after hours, which was allowed but the chap serving us didn't really have a clue so……

“We were in room 25, due to the walkway on the floor above us, this was a noisy room. Usually late at night or early in the morning when guests were mobile. ”
